It was the coldness of autumn ocean water

The broken wave striding up the sand

That reminded me of your warm love

As we left our footsteps, hand in hand.

It was the sound of your odie

As I gaze into your eyes, I found

Unmatched by any worldly sound.

It was your laugh I have to thank
That showed me joy of pure
The happiness you share with me
No better exist anywhere, I am sure.

It was blood drawn from my face

The pain searing to my mind

Your healing touch not of flesh

But pain, outweighed by your kind.

It was the peace in your presence
That calmed my storm and way
The support I find in your voice
Helps me through the toughest of day.

It was the blessing of our meet

What I feel for and because of

So this is where I am now
Living in the great
A friend in a position
Opportunity create.

It started with a phone call
One Monday morning haste
I couldn't let it pass me by
And let it go to waste.

Couple hours later
A decision I did make
I said no doubt
I would participate.

So now we're here
Months later stand
In the air away we flew
On to try our new old brand.

Though detour en route
We stop at the Sun
Few days of eat and play
All in good fun.

Boarded again a morning to lunch
Four hours away descended into heat
Tropical vibes our home for a while
This humid paradise a humanly treat.

First sun breakfast galore
Guided through a world of new
Shopping, bargain and then discover
By bus we rode this island through.

Next break of day we set sail off
Catamaran away to islands more
BBQ, beer, company, crystal ocean
Para-sail I've never done before.

Final morn arise from bed
Northbound by taxi to walk
The ocean, close to floor life
And see what about all this talk.

Amazing downstairs our friends
Awaited with beauty to stun
Clear waters and scenery of life
A great excitement with this done.

To market to bargain for ones at home
And all was found in time
Lunch at Hut with cooling bell
Off home past sign after sign.

Back in the air, blue beneath
Home is a welcome sight
Bitter sweet ending always
Began with same excite.

A last thought passed as we strode
An amazing Provider that always give
What an adventure with a legend friend
This world to discover over and live.
